For the last twenty years, Paul has lived a mindful way of life. He learnt and continues to learn, meditation from monks. He regularly spends time in monasteries soaking up the meditative lifestyle there and often goes on silent retreats.
Paul feels living mindfully in everyday life is the best way to understand it and so as part of that sits in a period of meditation each morning at home.
Even though he has no formal qualifications his simple and practical approach shared from his heart has touched the live's of many around him.
He is the founder and co-owner of Establish Mindfulness and author of the eBook series The Silence Between The Noise. He simply hopes he can make a contribution to the world of mindfulness and encourage others to make it a part of their lives.
