Reflect for a moment: what are the first principles of mindfulness meditation?
They are simple: accept whatever is present, and come back to the body or breath in the present moment. Carry on in this way, and after a while, your doubts may disappear.

Include pictures, and send originals along with your article.
Try to keep paragraphs to 3-5 sentences for ease of reading.
